We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided the product is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days and in the original, undamaged packaging.

If the returned product is not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, marked, or written on, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Picking Errors & Shortages
Picking errors or shortages must be reported within two days of delivery. These issues will be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Received a Damaged Item
We apologize if you have received a damaged item. Please report this to us within two days of delivery, and we will arrange a collection and replacement for you.
Products We Are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Software
- Perishable goods, such as food and drink (including biscuits, coffee, and water)
